Meet Dr. Taso Mougouris, an internal medicine doctor and one of the three 2014 Bay Area Houston Go Red For Women Heart Throbs. Dr. Mougouris is… “The Hospitalist”.
In addition to his doctor duties, Dr. Mourgouris and his wife, Rachel, own and operate Spartacus Crossfit here in the Clear Lake Area. They also are both instructors and compete in crossfit. Taso is well aware of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, but also of heart health. When Taso was young, his uncle had a heart attack (he was in his 40s) that left a lasting impression on the younger Taso. Thankfully, his uncle survived the heart attack and is doing well.
Dr. Mourgouris was shot on location at Spartacus Crossfit and he is sponsored for the Go Red campaign by Kindred Hospital of Clear Lake.
