As exciting as people are to photograph, I have found that pets, especially dogs, are just as wonderful a subject. Too many times pet owners forget about the lovable creatures that are around day in and day out when it comes to photographs but pets are as much a part of the family as the kids, especially indoor pets. Capturing a pet’s personality takes the right moment and the right surroundings to create that magical moment where you can see into their soul. Below are just a few of my pet documentary portraitures that I have shot over the past year.
Lucy is quite the model! My favorites are the bench photo and the middle one where she looks like she’s yelling at someone. 🙂
