Spence Staffing & Coaching Solutions ended the year with a very successful launch party earlier this month and it was also tons of fun! Monique Spence, owner of Spence Staffing & Business Solutions) founded the company after finding herself unemployed as a result of the employment agency she worked for reducing their office locations here in Houston. Monique strives to provide clients with the tools needed to achieve the life that they envision for themselves. Her motto is “Vision inspired performance to produce life changing results.” She is definitely envisioning outstanding performance and producing life changing results in her own life.
