The Kimberly Harding Group is now REMAX Synergy… What a ride it has been for Kimberly and her husband (and business partner) Beau! The year started out on a high note with Kimberly joining the Executive Committee for the Bay Area Houston Go Red For Women campaign under the American Heart Association. Beau soon followed by joining the newly formed Men Go Red exclusive membership group benefitting the Bay Area Houston Go Red For Women campaign. Beau was also one of this year’s Heartthrobs featured at the Feb 20 luncheon at South Shore Harbour Resort. The Kimberly Harding Group also donates time and money to other important causes such as the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, the Texas Sentinels Foundation, and Breast Cancer Awareness events.
In addition to all their charitable endeavors, the Houston Business Journal named the Kimberly Harding Group one of the Top Producing Real Estate Teams for 2014. This goes along well with the already numerous awards the team has received recently in addition to the awards Kimberly received as an individual realtor in prior years. In May, Kimberly and Beau were the main feature and cover for the May edition of Bay Area Houston. Over the past several months, Kimberly has also been featured by several other news and media outlets. When they are not selling real estate, Kimberly and Beau can usually be found fishing or hanging out with their twin boys (currently students at Texas Tech). Family is everything for them!
In addition to opening their own franchise this year, REMAX Synergy also expanded their staff.
Jennifer Kuhlman (featured below right), a California native, brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the real estate team. Her customer service background includes collaborating with property developers, managing retail sales, and guiding couples towards their special day. Now a long-time League City resident, Jennifer was added to the Harding staff as a realtor.
Renee Fowler (below middle), joined the Kimberly Harding Group back in early February as a Senior Listing Coordinator. Fowler has strong ties and connections to the local market bringing 8 years of real estate experience to the Kimberly Harding Group.
Dusty Heckendorn (below left), a new Harding Team realtor, is a life-long Dickinson resident who owned his own business for 5 years before shifting his focus to the real estate area.
