Three years ago, he was shy and reserved. Definitely not interested in having his high school senior portraits shot. But still he was respectful and patient with his mom. Last month, he showed up at my studio for his college graduation portraits with his little brother (a high school senior).
This time, Evan was confident and self-assured, but still as respectful and patient as his mother raised him. As we worked thru the shoot, their mom beamed with pride, and tried not to fuss too much over their hair. It is quiet moments like these, while the world kind of stops that make lasting memories for generations to come.
Next week, Evan will graduate from Houston Baptist University and then look to tackle the next chapter in his life.
